Sara Teppema

Sara Teppema, FSA, MAAA, FCA, is a servant leader who has built her career at the intersection of data, equity, and health system redesign.
She brings three decades of experience working with health plans, provider groups, digital health companies, employers, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
Her expertise spans:

Health equity research and system-wide population health strategy
Women’s and maternal health strategy and analytics
Medicaid risk strategy and financial readiness
